Idiom of the day: Foam at the mouth.Meaning: To be extremely angry.Example: She was almost foaming at the mouth when she heard about the cost of the car repairs.Origin: Like many other idioms, it may have first been used by William Shakespeare. In Julius Caesar, he refers to the soon-to-be-deposed king as having been less than pleased when he “fell down in the market-place, and foamed at mouth”. An alternate theory points to rabid dogs, which literally foam at the mouth.

Idiom of the day: Build castles in the air.Meaning: To make plans that have very little chance of happening.Example: Don’t build castles in the air, just find some work to earn money.
